PropertyPlans conducts all inspections in accordance with NZS 4306:2005 Residential Property Inspection, ensuring thorough and consistent assessments. Our reports detail discrepancies between as-built plans and council records, with recommendations for further investigation where necessary. All inspectors are qualified professionals with relevant experience and carry the required public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
